I’m Ray.
I’m a Senior Negotiator with Space Realty. I’ve worked in real estate since 2010. Today, my main focus is landed homes and selected land opportunities in Kuala Lumpur and selected areas of Selangor.
My experience includes residential sales, rentals for families and expatriates, commercial property and land. I’ve helped people arriving in Kuala Lumpur find somewhere to live, and worked with owners, buyers and tenants whose plans and priorities were quite different.
Finding a home that fits
A search starts with understanding what the home needs to accommodate. That might mean a move-in date, room for a growing family, suitable parking or a preference for a particular neighbourhood.
For someone new to KL, it can also mean making sense of unfamiliar areas and knowing what to check before committing to a rental. I like to establish those requirements before arranging viewings, so the properties we discuss are relevant to the search.
Working with owners
An owner may be ready to sell, considering renting out, or still deciding what to do. We start with the property, expectations and timing.
From there, we discuss pricing, presentation and how enquiries and viewings will be handled. If something needs checking, I’ll say so. When there are trade-offs, we’ll talk through them.
A background in business
In 2015, I also co-founded a branding and marketing agency. My role involved working with clients, managing the team and day-to-day operations, and helping shape the business’s direction.
That experience informs the attention I give to presentation and communication in my property work, alongside the practical steps involved in a transaction.
Away from property
Travel, nature, running and fitness are part of my life too. I enjoy exploring places, spending time outdoors and time by the sea.
